  • For all new patients we require payment prior to scheduling an appointment. Payment is refundable, minus a $100 cancellation fee, up to 2 calendar weeks prior to the appointment. After that, no refund will be issued.

  • If you miss an appointment, or cancel an appointment, without rescheduling it, less than 5 business days prior to the scheduled appointment, you will be charged for the appointment. The current rate will be $200. 

  • If you wish to reschedule an appointment less than 5 business days prior to the appointment, you may be assessed a rescheduling fee of $100. Additionally, you may be required to pay in advance any fees that would be due at the time of the rescheduled appointment.

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late for an appointment you may be asked to reschedule, subject to a $50 fee.

Due to COVID-19, and for the foreseeable future, all of our appointments are being done by telemedicine. As it turns out, this has been wonderfully successful — patients love not having to take time away from work, fight traffic, or worry about parking. For us, telemedicine is like doing old-fashioned home visits — we get to see people in their own environments. What started out as an adaptation to the current crisis has transformed into a better way of providing healthcare.

Telemedicine, using Zoom, is easy to do with just a few clicks. It's also safe and secure.
