1) Military and Veteran Discount
We believe that our active duty military and veterans deserves special care, and are proud to offer them a 5% discount on our services. You will need to present your military ID, or DD214 at our first visit, and remind us annually that you are eligible for the discount.
2) Word of Mouth Discount
We encourage our patients to refer friends and family who would benefit from our services. We offer a discount to all referring patients of 20% off your next year’s fee for each completed referral. This is cumulative, so refer 5 patients and your next year is free!
Each referred patient must complete the entire enrollment process including payment of any fees. This discount will be cumulative for each referred and completed patient, up to 100% discount in any year. In no case shall the discount exceed 100%, nor shall be carried over into a subsequent year. The discount for a referred patient is only good in the year that the referred patient enrolls. Patients are responsible for reminding staff of any referrals for which they should get credit at the time of Patient’s next annual charge. Staff will keep track of Patient’s referrals throughout the year, if any discrepancy shall arise between Staff’s accounting and Patient’s, Staff’s accounting shall prevail.
